Ainsley Harriott for Food and Drink Festival

He will give two cookery demonstrations, judge the I Love Manx cookery competition and meet local food and drink producers. 

Speaking about his impending visit the chef said he was looking forward to creating delicious recipes that are healthy, easy to cook and taste great.

Environment Minister Phil Gawne said he was pleased the festival had attracted such a respected and well known chef.
