Vision Nine says it’s instructed its lawyers after a deal to take over the promotion of the TT collapsed.
After days of speculation the Department of Economic Development confirmed yesterday it had pulled the plug on the plans.
It claimed that the company had been ‘formally informed’ of the decision – something Vision Nine disputes:
The department hasn’t confirmed why it’s scrapped the tender process for the TT and Classic TT contract but says it follows discussions with other government departments.
