Charges for adult social care services on the Island are set to rise by 5.7%.
The new fees were approved in Tynwald this week, and align with the rise in income support benefit announced in the budget.
The Department of Health and Social Care are ensuring those directly affected are informed about the changes.
The price rise will come into effect from April 15 - you can find full information here.
