Olympic gold medallist Rebecca Adlington is encouraging young people on the Island to take up swimming.
The double gold medallist, who also has two bronze medals from London 2012, is on the Island for tonight’s Isle of Man Bank Sports Awards.
Earlier today the 25-year-old visited the NSC in Douglas to view the swimming facilities and has also visited Ballakermeen High School to deliver a motivational speech to young athletes.
