The Emergency Department at the hospital is experiencing longer waiting times for a second day.
Manx Care says the service is receiving a high volume of patients.
People are encouraged to choose the most appropriate service for their needs, and only go to A&E when necessary.
Those in need of urgent care will be treated in order of clinical priority.
