The A4 Peel Road to Kirk Michael will be closed for a large part of today.
The Department of Infrastructure says it needs to fell dead and diseased trees along the road that are at risk of falling.
The route will close from Douglas Road Corner in Kirk Michael to the junction with the Balleigh Road.
It will shut from 9am and reopen no later than 3.30pm.
Mountain Road to be closed until tomorrow
