Peel will get a new housing estate of more than 90 homes after planners approved proposals from developer Dandara.
The 92 homes will be built on land between the Castle View Nursing Home, Glenfaba Rise and Peel Golf Course.
The work will also require new roads and drainage and the company says the development will include open space.
The site had a similar development approved last year but amended plans were put forward in January.
