 
                            The chair of the Manx Utilities Authority says turbines planned for an Island wind farm would only be turned off in winds beyond hurricane force.
In the house of Keys this week, John Wannenburgh MHK faced questions from Arbory, Malew and Castletown member Jason Moorhouse.
Mr Moorhouse wanted to know how often the turbines were turned off because they were getting too much or too little wind.
In response, Mr Wannenburgh said winds would have to top 90mph:
