A Port Erin pensioner is facing trial over an incident in May.
80 year old Andrew Street, of Reayrt Ny Chrink, appeared at Douglas Courthouse before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood.
He denies one count of assault and two of provoking behaviour at Marashen Crescent in Port Erin on May 1.
He was bailed to appear again at a pre-trial review hearing on October 29.
