Manx-based Michelle Mone and her husband Doug Barrowman have had £75 million in assets restricted by the UK's Crown Prosecution Service.
The couple say they didn't oppose the court order application, which will affect their homes in London, Scotland and the Isle of Man as well as 15 bank accounts.
It comes as investigators probe allegations about a firm which supplied equipment to the UK government during the pandemic through a VIP priority lane.
Baroness Mone had initially denied any link to PPE Medpro but later admitted she'd lied to the media.
