74 Year Old in Critical Condition Following RTC
There was a serious traffic collision yesterday in Kirk Michael just before 6.30pm.
A silver hatchback driven by a 48 year old from Ballaugh collided with a 74 year old male pedestrian.
The as yet un-named pedestrian sustained serious injuries and is currently detained in NObles, where his condition is described as stable but serious.
The road was closed for approximately 3 ½ hours. An investigation into the incident has been launched by the Roads Policing Unit.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision, or who was in the area of Station Road, Kirk Michael between the hours of 6.20PM and 6.40PM.
