A 70 year old who attached a tracker to a woman’s car while he stalked her will appear in court again later this month.
Richard Leslie Callow of The Meadows in Kirk Michael was excused appearing before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
At a previous hearing, he’d admitted stalking between September last year and February this year, but denies using provoking behaviour by performing a sex act in front of the same woman on February 6.
Mrs Hughes bailed him in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn’t contact the woman, and he’s next due to appear in court on July 25.
