A 70 year old drink-driver has been fined £1,000 and banned from the roads for a year.
Kevin Grugan, of Dreeym Ollay in Ramsey, failed a breathalyser test on June 13.
The court heard a member of the public called police after seeing him staggering to his car at Bowring Road in Ramsey.
Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood also fined Grugan £100 for having an expired driving licence and ordered him to pay £125 costs.
