A 64 year old accused of careless driving will face a trial in the summary court.
Frank Harrison, of the Newtown Estate in Santon, denies committing the offence.
It's said to have taken place on Main Road in Greeba on January 25.
Magistrates bailed him to appear in court again on September 10.
