6 lap senior race significantly delayed due to rain on course

The all important Senior Race has been significantly held up due to rain on the course.

Despite the sunny conditions around the Grandstand there has been rain reported in Ramsey, and even reports of hail stones at the Gooseneck.

It doesn't bode well for the final day of racing in TT 2011.

Following an initial hour delay its now been confirmed that racing won't commence until 3.30pm, the Milestones of the Mountain parade lap will get underway at 2.00pm.
