The government says it's hoping to spend around £5.3 million on a housing project in the south of the Island.
The scheme at Ballacubbon in Colby will see 20 new homes built, each with two bedrooms.
The Department of Infrastructure says there'll be eleven first-time buyers homes as well as five bungalows and four apartments for public sector rent.
Tynwald will vote on whether to back the scheme when it sits in January.
