They're just some of the benefits of leisure courses - all available through UCM.
The College has introduced 48 new courses - including the 'weird and wonderful' offering things such as candle making, acting, special effects make up, how to improve your sleep and badminton.
They run at various locations across the Island throughout afternoons, evenings and weekends.
Some of the courses have also been shortened, in order to stay affordable for the public.
