The Isle of Man welcomed 46 new residents last month, according to the Jane Crookall Maternity Unit.
It's posted the latest birth figures for October to social media.
In its post, it says 19 girls and 27 boys were born over the course of last month.
The lightest newborn weighed 1.6 kilos, while the heaviest weighed in at 4.3 kilogrammes.
