More than 400 pupils are helping to look after the Island’s environment.
Primary school children from 12 schools will spend the winter nurturing tree saplings.
It’s in preparation for the Trees for Life initiative which is now in its sixth year.
Next year, the pupils will plant their trees in a plantation adding them to the 2,500 already planted in previous years.
