Four more people have been arrested in relation to slogans of Manx nationalism being sprayed with graffiti across the Isle of Man.
During the weekend of the 16th and 17th of January there were around 20 reports of large slogans sprayed onto stone walls in prominent areas of the Island.
The slogans were politically charged. It was the names of countries, and the year in which they gained their independence.
22 Year old Mark O'Meara appeared in court yesterday in relation to four criminal damage offences, he pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Just yesterday a further four people were arrested in connection with the damage. A 28 year old man and 16 year old boy from Peel, a 24 year old man from Port Erin and a 20 year old woman from Ballaugh.
All four have been questioned by police and released on bail before appearing in court at a later date.
The police enquiry continues.
