The Department of Infrastructure will be taking a bough next week - as work gets underway trimming trees on the Laxey Coast Road.
A temporary 30mph speed limit will be in place for the work between Dhoon Glen and the Rest and Be Thankful in Glen Mona.
It'll get underway at 9.30am on Monday and run until 3.30pm on Friday, with temporary traffic lights in place during working hours.
A second stage of week from December 11 to 15 will see a road closure and diversion between the Rest and Be Thankful and Maughold Road.
