A court date has been set for three men in their 20s who were charged following the serious assault of a male back in September of last year.
A 30-year-old man sustained a fractured neck in the early hours of Sunday 19th September after being seriously assaulted.
It took place outside Moby Dicks fast food take away, Central Promenade Douglas.
Following an investigation Police made the three arrests in September and October.
The men, aged 29, 22, and 21, all from Douglas, were charged with inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm with Intent.
They will appear at Douglas Courthouse on Tuesday 15th March.
