The Department of Social Care have opted to move the majority of their staff into the same building in an initiative that will save a significant amount of money.
Since the Department’s formation last April the staff have been split over several buildings, it’s thought moving them all into Government owned properties will save nearly £250,000 in rent each year.
Corporate Services, Finance and Compliance and the Chief Executive’s office will be moving to Markwell House.
The Housing Division will also be making the move to Markwell House.
Check the Government website at www.gov.im/socialcare for all the relevant telephone number changes.
