Health and Social Care Minister Kate Beecroft says she's had complaints about one in 40 journeys with the new patient transfer service.
This week in the House of Keys she faced yet more questions about the transfer taxi contract with ComCab Liverpool.
She said the DHSC had received more criticisms than compliments about the service since the contractor changed.
And she revealed how many people had complained to the department in the first month of the new contract:
