The Treasury Minister says more than £23 million has been allocated to support the Island's affordable housing goals.
In response to a written question, Dr Alex Allinson confirmed that funding has been drawn from several sources to help meet the Island Plan.
The target to build 100 affordable homes per year for the next five years was made in the Island Plan update in June.
The total funding amounts to around £23.3 million from three main funds - The Housing and Communities Fund, The Housing Reserve Fund and the Housing Deficiency Fund.
