The winner of last year's Parish Walk has shared tips for first timers as the Island looks ahead to the iconic event.
Callum Gawne took home the trophy for the first time last year by completing the 85 mile course in 15 hours and 49 minutes.
This year's competition will take place on Saturday, June 20.
