This years Isle of Man Food & Drink Festival will be going ahead later this year.
Government has announced the event at the Villa Marina in Douglas will be taking place on September 19-20 following the lifting of COVID-19 restrictions on Island.
Admission and exhibitor fees are also being slashed by 50 per cent this time around to encourage families to attend and producers to take part.
The family-friendly festival, now in its 12th year, will showcase food and drink produced on the Island, alongside cooking demonstrations, a festival bar, children’s entertainment and live busker-style music.
Environment, Food & Agiriculture Minister, Geoffrey Boot MHK, says: "The last few months have been extremely challenging for everyone and we hope the festival will give everyone something to look forward to.
"This year’s event is a fantastic opportunity to thank our wonderful local producers for their efforts during the COVID-19 crisis."
The event will be open both days between 10am and 5pm - application forms for exhibitors are available on the government website until Friday, July 31 and more information is available by e-mailing food@gov.im .
