The 2020 budget has been approved by Tynwald.
Only the Speaker of the House of Keys, Juan Watterson, voted against it.
It comes following the treasury Minister Alf Cannan presenting the budget in Tynwald earlier today.
It states the Personal Tax Allowance will rise again to £14,250.
£10 million will be focused on the Island's response to the climate change emergency and £14 million towards healthcare services.
£600,000 will also be used to invest in a new and improved air ambulance service.
