Around 2,000 trees have been planted this month as part of the Manx Wildlife Trust's rainforest project.
The charity says another 6,000 still need to be planted this winter to complete the planting target at the Creg-y-Cowin nature reserve.
Planting days will continue to be held every Thursday and Sunday from 10:30am until the end of March.
