Over 200 people attended four public meetings to tackle the 'outdated' pensions and benefits system.
That was the contented message from Minister for Treasury Eddie Teare - who says the public made a valuable contribution to how government will frame the public consultation.
Last year, Ci65 Ltd. put forward a damning report on social security - calling for a "bold transformation" to meet the needs of Manx residents.
Meetings took place this week in Douglas, Ramsey, Port Erin and Peel - when attendees voiced their opinions.
