Government says it's currently investigating 18 grievances raised by staff - with the vast majority in health and education.
In the House of Keys this week, Onchan MHK Julie Edge asked Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas about the number of ongoing cases.
Mr Thomas said in the Department of Health and Social Care, eight grievances were being looked at, with four in the Department of Education and Children.
There are another two cases at the Department of Infrastructure, while Environment, Food and Agriculture and Home Affairs have one each.
