An estate in Sulby which can trace its history back to the days of Rushen Abbey has been sold.
The Ballamanaugh Estate includes a five-bedroomed home with indoor swimming pool, two farmhouses, three cottages and 488 acres of land.
It had been put on the market by Chrystals estate agents for a cool £12 million.
They say the huge estate has now been sold, subject to contract.
