The results of the Island's census haven't been delayed - but will have taken 11 months to complete.
Policy and Reform Minister Chris Thomas revealed the news in Tynwald this week when he was asked why the results still hadn't been published.
Mr Thomas said the data would be put before Tynwald in March - almost a year after census night on April 24th 2016.
But he said results from previous surveys had taken longer to compile:
Politician to query government income from medical cannabis
