St John Ambulance is offering 1,000 free first aid courses.
Sessions are being offered in Douglas, Ramsey, Peel and Castletown until October.
the organisation says the courses raise public awareness of the importance of first aid.
It says its aim is to equip people with basic first aid skills that could be the difference between life and death.
