Douglas Council says it has fewer than 40 properties on its blacklist of run-down sites.
The local authority's Environmental Services Committee heard three properties had been added to its dilapidation or disrepair list, while six had been taken off it.
Members heard that meant 37 buildings were left on the list.
The figure represents a quarter of one per cent of the total number of properties in the capital.
