Zurich Isle of Man's solar power project is expected to go live by the end of July.
The development is the biggest of its kind on the Island and could provide around 70% of electricity for the company's offices.
The technology will also generate power to charge electric vehicles.
The 540 solar panels will be installed over an existing car port, where the steel framework is already being built.
