The Braddan-based company said the project could provide around 70% of its electricity.
The proposals involve installing a solar panel car port over an existing car park at Zurich House.
Local Planning Authority and Building Control approval was granted recently.
The solar panel project is being jointly funded by Zurich International and the Zurich Carbon fund which is part of Zurich Insurance Group’s sustainability commitment.
