A workshop to help improve workplaces will be held next week.
The Chamber of Commerce and The Department of Health and Social Care are holding the workplace wellbeing workshop at the Sefton Hotel in Douglas on Wednesday, November 22.
Senior health improvement officer Michelle Poyzer says a large part of the day is spent at work so it's important to explore ways to take care of employees.
The workshop is aimed at offering solutions and advice for staff's mental and physical health.
