Work has begun on a solar energy project which could generate around 70% of electricity used at Zurich’s Isle of Man HQ.
Building work on the project at Zurich house has officially started - with a steel frame being built, followed by the installation of solar panels.
The system is expected to be built, tested and operational before the end of May 2022.
Daphne Caine MHK – Chair of the Island’s Climate Change Transformation Board said the project will help the Island to meet its climate change goals.
