Manx egaming firm Microgaming has joined a project to increase diversity in the industry.
The company's become a founding member of the All-in Diversity Project, which aims for a more inclusive egaming sector.
The scheme will produce an industry standard index to measure diversity and inclusion, with annual reports on progress.
John Coleman of Microgaming says he hopes the project will identify barriers to inclusion to help diversity thrive.
