A member of Liverpool City Council has joined Visit Isle of Man's Non-Executive Board.
Claire McColgan is Director of Culture and Major Events, and is responsible for Culture Liverpool, Market Liverpool, Business Liverpool, and City Halls, Cruise, Film Office and Tourist Information.
Non-Executive Chairman of Visit Isle of Man Ranald Caldwell says Claire's experience will help build the Island's reputation as a thriving destination.
He adds our ties to Liverpool will only expand, so working closely with the city is a priority.
