A company in Cheshire says it wants to build two new units on an industrial estate in Braddan.
Morbaine Ltd, based in Widnes, says the buildings would be built on the Spring Valley Industrial Estate on Cooil Road.
In a planning application Morbaine says one would house a joinery trader and it's currently looking for a tenant for the vacant unit.
The company says the development would mean felling four trees - however, it would plant another six as part of landscaping works.
