The Island's College held an 'open meeting' last week to discuss training opportunities to support the Adult Care sector.
The session was attended by employers and managers from the sector, who shared their thoughts on what training and skills are needed.
UCM currently provides a number of Health and Social Care courses and says meetings are useful to ensure they're providing relevant course content.
Head of the Wellbeing Faculty Karen Davies says the Adult Care sector is a valuable asset to the Island, so it's vital they equip people with high quality skills and knowledge.
