A company says it wants to build two new light industrial units in Ballasalla.
Apres Investments Limited has submitted a planning application to put them on empty land on the Balthane Industrial Estate.
In its application the company says the site, between Balthane House and Market House, would get a new parking area and vehicle access.
Each unit would be around 103 square metres.
