Three priorities for new DED chief executive

The new interim chief executive for the Department of Economic Development says the job is vast but he's 'excited for the challenge'.

Mark Lewin will take over from Chris Corlett in January - it follows Mr Corlett's announcement he'd be stepping down from the role. 
 
He'll oversee a range of divisions and projects and help to develop sectors and industry to bring in more income for the Island. 
 
Many people have speculated that it will be a tough job as the DED faces challenges regarding the TT and Vision Nine contract and the Villa Gaiety discussions. 
 
Mr Lewin says he intends to tackle the role with three priorities in mind:
