Temporary regulations have been brought in to assist companies submitting to documents to the Islands Central Registry.
The measures will allow people to electronically sign and submit documents for filing and the period for filing before incurring a late fee has also been extended.
Nick Cowell of the Isle of Man Central Registry says the changes will help organisations complete statutory obligations safely during the disruption around the COVID-19 pandemic.
