Mobile Provider Sure is hosting mental health drop-in sessions this week.
It coincides with Mental Health Awareness week - in the aims to offer employees a safe space to talk.
The sessions - which take place weekly, are run by Mental Health first aiders.
The company is opening the sessions to any of its 22 employees.
