New business ventures on the Isle of Man are being offered expert support from Aspire IOM Limited.
The company says the first rule of business is that start-ups need to keep costs down - so it'll be offering fully furnished premises to businesses that may have outgrown their home offices.
Aspire says the purpose of its 'incubator service' is to 'reduce the costs but grow the success' of a new company.
Director Christian Cowley says with the current Enterprise Development Scheme and Financial Assistance Programme more start-ups will need help keeping costs low:
