A Manx-based corporate service provider has finalised a deal for a Hong Kong wealth management company.
SMP Partners, which is based in Lord Street in Douglas, has bought RBC Corporate Services Hong Kong Limited.
SMP announced the deal after it was given regulatory approval in the Chinese territory.
Group chief executive David Hudson says there's still work to do to integrate the businesses' teams, but both share ambitions and culture.
