The Isle of Man Ship Registry has become the first to join a new environmental initiative.
It's the first flag state - the country where companies register ships - to join a program to reduce methane emissions produced by vessels at sea.
The MAM II drive aims to bring together shipowners, tech developers and regulators to improve the marine ecosystem.
By joining it, the Manx registry's being described as one of the world’s most progressive flag states.
